League Info
Control section of the selected Team League.
You can add, edit and delete the league information that you don’t see fit.
Editing/Adding League Information
You can add information about a league from the Edit League > League Info section.
There are a lot of features you can add, each of them are described for convenience.
Approval of player trades or moves –
This option allows you to trade or move a player from a league to a different club and league. You can trade players (switch one player for another), or move player (move player to a different league).

No approval needed – selecting this option allows you move or trade a player from the league without need for approval from a higher authority.

Commissioner must approve all player moves – selecting this option allows you to move and trade players but the move request must be approved by the commissioner first. If the commissioner denies the move, it won’t be successful.

Only commissioner can initiate player moves – selecting this option restricts player trading and moves by anyone other than commissioner. Only the commissioner has the authority to move and trade players.
Challenges –
This option allows captains to challenge game scores from previous Game Days. Selecting the [x] Allow Challenges option will allow the captain to challenge the game scores.
- Show to Public – This option will display the team league’s information to the public.
Turning it on will allow the members and non-members of the club to look at the team leagues details.
- Show on Search – This option will display the team league’s information to the public when searched.
Turning it on will allow the members and non-members of the club to look at the team leagues details when searched using the Search option.
- Inactive – This option will make the Team League inactive, rendering every option or matches inactive as well.
Turning it on will make the Team Leagues active - its matches, services, etc. as well.

Organization – allows you to select the team league’s organization.

Country – allows you to select the team league’s country/country of the organization.

State – allows you to select the organization state.

Localization – allows you to select the team league’s local language – language spoken by the local public.

Time zone – allows you to select the team league’s time zone – time zone the team league will take place in.

Currency to collect – allows you to select the valid currency to collect for the team league – depends on the country, state, and localization.

Title – allows you to set the team league’s title – must be under 100 words.

Abbreviation – allows you to set an abbreviation for the team league’s title – a short (up to 5 words) according to the title.
Rating Options
This option allows you to select the rating the team league matches will use, both for player and match scoring.

DUPR – Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating – is the most commonly used rating system in Pickleball matches.

WPR – World Pickleball Rating – provides you with a comprehensive player tournament rating system.

Count games toward DUPR – checking this radio button will count player’s scores towards their DUPR ratings.

Count games toward Club Ratings – checking this radio button will count player’s scores towards their Club ratings.
Contact Info
This option displays the contact information Pickleball Brackets uses to contact the team league.
League members and other club members won’t have access to this contact information.
You can add a Primary Contact and a Secondary Contact -

Primary Contact - allows you to add the main contact person for the team league.

Secondary Contact - allows you to add the secondary contact person for the team league.
Add a Primary Contact for Team League
The Primary Contact for Team League is the main contact person for the league.
The team at Pickleball Brackets uses this contact to reach the primary contact about anything league-related. (Users and other league members won’t have access to this contact information)
To add a primary contact for team league, navigate through Team Leagues > Edit League > League Info:
- Click on +Add Contact in the Contact Info > Primary Contact section, it’ll open up a new section – Search for New contact.
- Enter the name of the person you want to add as primary contact in the Search box. If there’s a match for the entered name, you’ll get a list of names with matching searched name.
- Click on Add against the name you want to assign as the primary contact. On successful addition, you’ll see the added person in the Primary Contact section displaying their – Name, Phone, Email, etc.
In case you don’t get a positive search result for the contact person’s name you’re searching for, you can either –

Add a person who’s already member of the selected club.

Contact the club to add the member as part of their club.
Add a Secondary Contact for Team League
The Secondary Contact for Team League is the second contact person (other than the primary contact person) for the league.
The team at Pickleball Brackets uses this contact to reach the secondary contact about anything league-related. (Users and other league members won’t have access to this contact information)
To add a secondary contact for team league, navigate through Team Leagues > Edit League > League Info:
- Click on +Add Contact in the Contact Info > Secondary Contact section, it’ll open up a new section – Search for New contact.
- Enter the name of the person you want to add as secondary contact in the Search box. If there’s a match for the entered name, you’ll get a list of names with matching searched name.
- Click on Add against the name you want to assign as the secondary contact. On successful addition, you’ll see the added person in the Secondary Contact section displaying – their Name, Phone, Email, etc.
In case you don’t get a positive search result for the contact person’s name you’re searching for, you can either –

Change a Primary Contact for Team League
The Primary Contact for Team League is the main contact person for the league. In case the assigned primary contact needs to be changed due to any reason, you can do so through Team Leagues > Edit League section.

Change a Secondary Contact for Team League

Contact the club/primary contact person to assign a new secondary contact person for the league.
Delete a Secondary Contact for Team League
In case you want to delete the secondary contact person’s details from the Team League due to any reason, you can do so through Team Leagues > Edit League section.
To delete a secondary contact for team league, navigate through Team Leagues > Edit League > League Info:
- Click on bin icon (Delete) in the Contact Info > Secondary Contact section.
- Once clicked, the secondary contact person’s information will be deleted from the Team League’s Secondary Contact section.

You won’t get any warning message or pop-up window when deleting the Team League’s Secondary Contact. Tread with caution.

Also, you can’t delete the Team League’s Primary Contact as there always needs to be someone the Pickleball Brackets team can establish a contact with. You can change the Primary Contact but cannot delete it.
Contact Form Emails
This option displays the different emails sent from the contact form based on the “Reason for Contact” selected by the user.

Registration and Purchases – allows you to add the emails of users with registration and purchases issues.

My Website Account – allows you to add the emails of users with their website account issues.

Refunds – allows you to add the emails of users with refund issues.

Others – allows you to add the emails of users with issues not mentioned in the form/selection list.
Social URLs
This option allows you to add the social media URLs of your team-league/club page.
The added information will be displayed on the public details page. Users can then interact with the added URLs to visit the respective social platforms.

Facebook – allows you to add your Facebook team leagues social account handle/URL.

Twitter – allows you to add your Twitter team leagues social account handle/URL.

YouTube – allows you to add your YouTube team leagues social account handle/URL.

TikTok – allows you to add your TikTok team leagues social account handle/URL.

Instagram – allows you to add your Instagram team leagues social account handle/URL.

Snapchat – allows you to add your Snapchat team leagues social account handle/URL.
Once all the details are entered, click on the Save button to save the entered team league details.
